The farm's 691.89 acres benefits from a unique microclimate that fosters the growth of flavorful and aromatic basil. The combination of warm, tropical temperatures, abundant sunshine and the gentle coastal rainfalls create an idyllic environment that allow our basil leaves to soak up the nourishing elements of nature, resulting in a vibrant green color and unmatched aroma. The farmland’s soil, rich in nutrients and extremely high-water holding capacities withstands the heavy rainy season months allowing us to offer ongoing organic basil all year around.
